NO 1: Integrating sphere

An integrating sphere is used is the measurement of total luminous flux from lamps and light bulbs. An integrating sphere can readily capture and incorporate laser beams or highly divergent sources like laser diodes. It can be made for a wide range of incident angles over a large location without impacting the signal at the detector.

NO 2: IPX5-6 Strong water spray test box

IPX5 and IPX6 Rain Spray Test Apparatus simulates the water drip environment to test the water resistance and sealing of the samples during storage, transportation and usage. It provides the basis to improve the performance of the products.

NO 3:UV Accelerated weather tester

To simulate outdoor weathering, the UV accelerated tester exposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at controlled, elevated temperatures. It simulates the effects of sunlight using special fluorescent UV lamps. It simulates dew and rain with condensing humidity and/or water spray.

NO 4: Aging Room

To light up the lamps as least 24 hours to check if the lamps is work well. Pick up the bad/innormal ones and analyse the reason, aslo discuss how to enhance and improve the product performance. Make sure the quality is the best before they are out.
